Vaulto collects no personal data. The app encrypts your transaction data and syncs it privately across your Apple devices via iCloud, all within your own Apple account. This website collects nothing. There is no Vaulto server, no database, and no Vaulto account system.
Vaulto does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server.
The app reads your Revolut CSV statement directly into memory on your device. This data is parsed, encrypted, and saved locally. It is then synced across your Apple devices via your own iCloud account using Apple's encryption. It never reaches a Vaulto server. No Vaulto account is required, and there is no registration process of any kind.
Your transaction data is encrypted using AES-GCM encryption via Apple's CryptoKit framework before being saved to your device's local storage. The encryption key is generated and stored in your device's Keychain and is only accessible while the device is unlocked.
Access to the Vaulto app is protected by Face ID. Without your device passcode, the encrypted data is unreadable.
Vaulto's AI is Apple Intelligence — the model is already built into iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. There is nothing to download, and all analysis runs entirely on your device. Vaulto makes no request to any AI service, API, or server for your data.
The only network activity is optional: iCloud sync of your own encrypted data through your Apple account, and — only if you turn it on — an anonymous lookup of the public Bitcoin price, which sends nothing about you, your holdings, or your device. Everything else works with no internet connection at all.
This website (vaulto.ie) collects nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no session identifiers, and no localStorage usage for any purpose. Visiting this website leaves no trace in any Vaulto-controlled system because no such system exists.
The only external resource loaded by this website is the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Google may log this request per their own privacy policy, which is outside Vaulto's control. No other third-party resources are loaded.
Vaulto shares your data with no third parties because Vaulto holds no data. The app has no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service, no advertising network, and no data broker relationships.
Distribution through the Apple App Store is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy practices. Vaulto has no control over and no visibility into Apple's platform-level data collection.
Vaulto is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because Vaulto collects no personal data from anyone, there is no specific process required for children, but the app is intended for adults managing their own finances.
If this privacy policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised date at the top of the page. Because Vaulto collects no data, changes to this policy will generally reflect product changes or legal clarifications rather than new data practices.
